I am having a problem with the website, who should I contact?

I have been given an access code by my school. How do I log in to the site?

On the log in screen there is a box under the login area that says 'If your school has given you an access code please sign up here'. Click here and you will be taken to the registration page where you should complete your name, email address and the access code that you have been given. Click on register and you will be sent a password to use to log in to the site via the log in screen.

 

I would like to see who has signed up under my account

Only account holders are able to see who has signed up under their access code. Click on ‘Manage Access Codes’ (next to ‘Change Password’ at the top of the page), which will show many users have signed up to the site. Click ‘View Code Users’ to see individual names and emails.

 

I would like to delete old users from my account

Only account holders are able to remove old users. Click on ‘Manage Access Codes’ and then ‘View Code Users’. Untick ‘Is account active’ for any old users, which will remove them from the total user count.
